This tool ‘ADAPT: Adaptive Data Partitioning Toolkit’ is a collection of unsupervised adaptive and non-adaptive data partitioning methods such as Equi-width partitioning, Equi-depth partitioning, Proportional K-Interval Partitioning, Weighted Proportional K-Interval Partitioning and Clustering of -Interval Partitioning. It also includes data adaptive partitioning methods that we have developed. This tool is developed to provide a way to quantitative evaluate and compare different partitioning methods.

Workflow:

Once the user loads the data, Tool provides a data preview and it also provides some statistical details and visualization of the selected dimension. User is provided with the option to choose any one of the available methods and compare it with any one of the method that we have developed. To compare the two methods user is provided a option to choose any one of the available evaluation criteria. Once the comparison is done, a comparative chart is provided to see the comparison results.
